Background and Goals

Information Technology has become increasingly pervasive in everyday life.

With information technology becoming central to each of these systems and services, there arises wide variety of issues such as usability, performance, security, adaptability and personalization, concurrency and integrity of data. Careful analysis and establishment of standards and protocols are inherent to address this variety of issues. Emerging trends and advances on how these systems and services are best delivered to the users is also of great interest.

The goal of this special Workshop is to bring together academic researchers and industry practitioners to discuss the different relevant issues pertaining to the information technology systems and services mentioned.
